- Within 48 Hours: 50% refund due to preparation costs
- After Installation Begins: No refund, but warranty terms apply

- Payment is not received as agreed
- Access to property is denied or restricted
- Unsafe working conditions are encountered
- Requested installations violate building regulations
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or supplier issues.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
